This unique dukkah was designed for both savoury and sweet style of uses. Savoury - use as a dip with bread and olive oil or to crust poultry or seafood. Sweet - use as a sweet dip for fruit using flavoured yogurts or softened cream cheese with a sweet balsamic or as a topping on cakes, cupcakes, crisps, cheesecake, fruit parfaits, pavlova or ice cream.
